We will meet via telehealth, working to move you toward your goals at a session frequency collaboratively determined by your treatment needs and preferences .

Insurance

I am in-network with United Health Care / United Behavioral Health and Aetna.

For out-of-network services, I am happy to provide a Superbill to provide to your insurance company for possible out-of-network coverage. For information about coverage, please contact your insurance company as out-of-network reimbursement is not always guaranteed. Please keep in mind that different insurance plans may have different reimbursement rates for counseling services. It is also possible that some insurance plans will not provide any reimbursement for out-of-network providers.

Payment

I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of service.
